The keyboard player and mastermind of the band, Sami Juntunen (1982) is a key player in the Oulu music scene. In addition to a piano teaching tenure in Oulu Conservatory, he also is a composer, arranger, and has been a working musician since around 2004. His broad range in musical preference has been distilled into the sound which is Nordic View, for example such as Chick Corea Elektric Band, Herbie Hancock, Jacob Karlzon, Cannonball Adderley, Keith Jarrett, Allan Holdsworth and Luther Vandross, just to name a few. Apart from music he appreciates his family, sports, nature, friends and good food & drinks.
